
Safely operate 980/988 series loaders to move, load, and manage aggregate materials.
Maintain proper stockpile organization and material blending as directed.
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and minor routine maintenance.
Assist with plant operations including material flow and loadout support.
Work collaboratively with plant staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

- Minimum 1 year of experience operating large front-end loaders (900+ series preferred).
- Prior aggregate handling experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loader safety, stockpile management, and plant operations.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and occasional nights.
- Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Valid email address for communication.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
